The project serves as the operational backbone, providing heavy-duty transportation, drainage, and landscape integration.
Key Infrastructure Components:
Internal Road Network: Heavy-duty asphalt/reinforced concrete roads designed for container traffic, complete with sidewalks and traffic signaling.
Water Supply & Drainage Network: Stormwater drainage channels, reinforced concrete sewage pipelines, septic tanks, and connection to the centralized wastewater treatment facility.
Technical Utility Trenches & Landscaping: Inspection manholes, underground cable ducts, boundary walls, and industrial green landscaping.
Structural Engineering & Technical Details:
Road Base & Subgrade: Crushed stone aggregate sub-base paired with high-grade concrete pavement engineered for maximum axle load resistance.
