Detailed Project Description:
The Hieu Tien Factory Workshop project is a comprehensive industrial production complex built in Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park, Binh Thuan Province. Executed as a turnkey project, it encompasses the main production plants, administrative office block, auxiliary utilities, full industrial M&E engineering, and fire protection systems.
Project Scope & Facility Breakdown:
Production & Administrative Zones: Pre-engineered steel structure main workshop; heavy-duty reinforced concrete (RC) administrative office building.
Auxiliary Infrastructure: Canteen for staff and workers, car parking canopy, motorbike parking shelter, guard house, main gates, and boundary fencing.
Civil & Environmental Infrastructure: Asphalt-paved internal roads, water supply and drainage networks, domestic water storage tank, fire storage tank, and an industrial wastewater treatment plant.
Specialized M&E and Technical Systems:
Power Supply: 560 kVA dedicated electrical transformer station.
MEP & Safety Systems: Full M&E package, certified automatic fire protection system (FP), and an evaporative workshop cooling air system to ensure an ideal operating environment.
